We take details on your location and then can provide you with a detail work order. Digital pictures can also be requested to show before and after pictures.[/vc_column_text][/qode_accordion_tab][qode_accordion_tab title=”Does your company provide telephone repair, installation or any services for telephone systems?” title_tag=”h3″][vc_column_text]BridgeCable.com does indeed work on all telephone systems. Recent installations have included a complete backbone and installation of all telephone and voice lines. We service both digital or analog telephones.[/vc_column_text][/qode_accordion_tab][qode_accordion_tab title=”What if we have multiple cables going to the same location; is this considered one price for each cable?” title_tag=”h3″][vc_column_text]Most cable installations have multiple cables (either voice or data) going to the same jack or location. We do not count such cable runs as single installs, therefore pricing is drastically reduced. Please keep in mind we provide all network cabling services for your local office or home in the Philadelphia and Tri-State Area.[/vc_column_text][/qode_accordion_tab][qode_accordion_tab title=”What is the time frame of the cable installation?” title_tag=”h3″][vc_column_text]The scope of required work has to be considered. Generally our time frame is 1-2 weeks upon our clients contacting us. Emergency services is obviously faster and smaller projects can be done in a shorter time frame.[/vc_column_text][/qode_accordion_tab][qode_accordion_tab title=”What kind of cable installation and telephone services does Bridge Cable provide?” title_tag=”h3″][vc_column_text]Cabling & Cable Testing: Date and voice lines and cables are tested across various grades such as CAT5, CAT5e and up to CAT6a. **The above listed services are just some of many that are offered. For a full list, please visit our Services page.[/vc_column_text][/qode_accordion_tab][qode_accordion_tab title=”After viewing Bridgecable.com’s quote, it mentions Cabling Certification. What is that?” title_tag=”h3″][vc_column_text]After our professional install teams have placed your new cabling in place we ensure the cable life. Many local and national companies just install data and voice cabling without testing it. During an installation, cables might be strained or pull too tightly and therefore render the cable useless. After we adjust the cables to their proper end points we thoroughly inspect and test our cable runs. PDF or printed copies of our tests can be supplied to you and your company after we complete our installation.[/vc_column_text][/qode_accordion_tab][qode_accordion_tab title=”What is the warranty period of the cable and the work completed?” title_tag=”h3″][vc_column_text]Bridgecable.com warrants equipment and services to be free from detects in material and workmanship for a one year period from the date of the installation or service. Bridgecable.com will repair or replace defects at no charge. Warranty excludes defects resulting from misuse, unauthorized repair, vandalism, natural disasters or any other property damage that may result in the damage of the equipment.[/vc_column_text][/qode_accordion_tab][qode_accordion_tab title=”Our main office or remote office is not in your service coverage area. Do you provide support there?” title_tag=”h3″][vc_column_text]Many cable installations have required the BridgeCable.com staff to travel to various states. Please give us a call at 877-832-1206 and we would be more than happy to discuss some options with you.[/vc_column_text][/qode_accordion_tab][qode_accordion_tab title=”Does the prices include everything?” title_tag=”h3″][vc_column_text]Unless your quote or work order specifies otherwise, yes. Our prices include new cabling installed, network jacks at the users workstations and directly feeding into our patch panel or network device. Our cables are certified for compliance and with each install we email or fax the cable results for each test we conduct. Each cable run is labeled and documented from the starting point to the end. Our technicians will also provide a site survey map of the on-site work completed. Cable diagrams can also be presented in a Visio format at no additional charge.[/vc_column_text][/qode_accordion_tab][qode_accordion_tab title=”What’s the difference between CAT5 and CAT5e cable?” title_tag=”h3″][vc_column_text]CAT5 and CAT5e cables have several differences but some of the most important ones are as follows:

Network Support: CAT5 cable will support 10/100 Ethernet. Ethernet and Fast Ethernet to be exact. CAT5e will support Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, and Gigabit Ethernet. CAT5e cable has backward compatibility and can be used in any application which you would normally use CAT5 cable.

Less Crosstalk: Crosstalk is the electrical interference that results when one wire’s signal affects the signal of another wire. CAT5e cable has been improved over CAT5 in this respect and the crosstalk has been greatly reduced.

Bandwidth: This is directly related to network support. In the sense that bandwidth is the information-carrying capacity of a system that is. The greater the bandwidth, the greater the information-carrying capacity is in a given period of time. CAT5e cable is rated at 350 megahertz and it is this increased bandwidth that allows it to support Gigabit Ethernet.[/vc_column_text][/qode_accordion_tab][qode_accordion_tab title=”Do you have tips for installing cabling ourselves?” title_tag=”h3″][vc_column_text]BridgeCable.com recommends that you partner with us to install your network or voice cabling.
